I am thrilled to bring my expertise and passion for dentistry to this practice. I’m also delighted that Anthony has committed to remain at the practice in the role of clinical director. He is an exceptional clinician and a specialist in cosmetic dentistry.
“Together, we look forward to investing in the practice and the team for the benefit of the local community. My aim is to build on Matthews Dental Practice’s excellent reputation while introducing modern technologies and services to meet the evolving needs of our patients."
ProPractices has said the sale marks a new chapter for Matthews Dental Practice, which has been serving the Monmouthshire community for decades. The dedicated team at the practice is excited to work with Sam to uphold its legacy of care while embracing the enhancements he plans to bring.
Hywel Loveluck, founder of ProPractices, commented, “This is an exciting moment for both Matthews Dental Practice and Sam. ProPractices is proud to support transactions like these, which strengthen the dental profession in Wales and the West. We are very grateful also for the swift legal process executed by the teams at Acuity Law and JCP respectively.”
