The additions to the northern sales team will help manage one of the business’ largest sales territories which stretches from the Scottish border right down the country to the north of Wales.
Rather than being appointed as sales representatives – which is the norm within the industry – The Dental Directory has expanded the brief for each member of the team under the banner of business consultant.
Steve Brown, regional sales manager of the north of England for The Dental Directory, adds: “The role of our sales team isn’t to purely sell; its purpose is to add customer value through delivering second to none advice, sharing industry insight and enabling access to the widest range of products, services and lucrative markets, such as facial aesthetics.

In addition to the changes The Dental Directory is making to the structure of its regional teams, the business is introducing a number of new ways of working with its customers including free business audits to identify if monetary savings can be made, highlighting training needs, suggesting efficiencies and new avenues for business growth.
