Built on the experience and knowledge gained through working with practices on the THRIVE programme over the last two years, and using data gathered via Best Practice Check Up, EXACT v11 takes practice management to a new level, concentrating on delivering profitability through improving practice efficiency and streamlining administrative duties. EXACT v11 offers an array of excellent new features, such as Recall Manager II, which has proven to increase recall effectiveness to as much as 85 per cent; Utilisation Manager, which aims to provide 90 per cent chair time utilisation; and an integrated online booking feature, plus lots more.
Each practice was supplied data taken from their own EXACT system, that showed how effectively their practice was operating. Many were unaware of their recall effectiveness rates, and were surprised to learn that the UK average is just over 50 per cent, compared with THRIVE practices that operate at an average of 80 per cent successful.
President of SOE, Brian Weatherly said, “This event gave us the perfect platform from which to launch EXACT v11. In addition, dentist Michael Sernik, creator of PrimeSpeak, delivered a presentation about a new, non-traditional, proven method of improving communication with patients – a presentation that was enthusiastically received by attendees.
Throughout the day, via lectures and interactive workshops, delegates gained valuable insights and tips on how the various elements of EXACT v11 can deliver real practice benefits and improve patients’ experience.
