Summer stunners

Bobby Bandlish, principal of Bandlish & Auplish Dental, is carrying out dental makeovers on three women on ITV’s This Morning’s ‘Make Me a Summer Stunner’ restyling feature.

There is Gayna who lost her top teeth and whose face has a caved in appearance; Ifrah whose childhood accident left her with a large and uneven diastema; and Jacqui whose snake lips are covering her edentulous state. So can Gayna’s mouth be restored along with her confidence, will Ifrah learn to smile again while coping with the loss of her partner and will Jacqui feel good enough to kiss her husband again?

Filming for the programme is already taking place at Dr Bandlish’s Harley Street practice, which will chart the progress of the dental restorations of the three make-over candidates, and this will be shown before live ‘reveals’ of the transformed women.

Dr Bandlish will be using Zoom WhiteSpeed to complete the rejuvenated mouths by tackling the stains, yellowing and dullness of the women’s remaining teeth caused by ageing, smoking and genetic conditions, ensuring they match their sparkling new restorations. He selected Zoom WhiteSpeed because it is clinically proven to whiten teeth up to eight shades in just 45 minutes – which is 40 per cent better than a comparable non-light-enhanced whitening system.

The women are also being offered facial cosmetic treatments and will have their hair and clothing restyled to complete their make overs, however it was the state of their teeth which were the focus of the programme announcing the selection of the three candidates as you can see:  http://www.itv.com/thismorning/styleandbeauty/make-me-a-summer-stunner/

At the end of their treatments Philips is also providing each of the women with a Sonicare DiamondClean and recently BDHF accredited AirFloss as a preventative measure to ensure that their newly restored mouths are maintained.

This Morning is ITV’s flagship daytime programme, viewed by more than 1.6 million people so the make-overs are likely to stimulate considerable interest in dental rejuvenation.
