DPAS Dental Plans is delighted to reveal the results of their annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. 

Carried out last autumn, the findings are extremely positive and show why practices are happy they took the decision to transfer to DPAS.

DPAS strives to offer their clients an incomparable level of expertise and customer service. This is reflected in the survey results in which respondents gave scores in excess of nine out of 10 for the knowledge, professionalism and attitude they receive from their dedicated customer service advisor. This excellent service was also reflected in the scores given to other team members who effortlessly step in to continue the all round service, should their advisor be temporarily unavailable.

Gary Anders, managing director at DPAS Dental Plans, commented, “Everyone at DPAS is delighted with the results of the survey and takes great pride in how pleased our clients are with the all round service we provide. When asked if they would strongly recommend DPAS to others who require the services of a dental plan administrator, four out of five of our respondents said they would.
