The event, organised in conjunction with the 2017 British Dental Association Conference & Exhibition in Manchester in May, required dentists to be able to discern the ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos in restorative treatments. Paul, from Wakefield, Yorkshire, and London-based Biraj were selected from a total of 90 entries.
“It was not an easy task to tell the difference between the photos, and Paul and Biraj showed a keen understanding of the field,” said Sam Jethwa from the BACD, who selected the winners.
As well as the pride of being selected by the BACD, a world-leading authority on cosmetic dentistry, the two dentists each receive the Coltene Brilliant Everglow Intro Kit, a state-of-the-art composite that is suitable for anterior and posterior restorations, along with instruments.
