Kaizen is Japanese for 'improvement' or 'change for the best’; it is a philosophy of continuous improvement.

It's one of the widely acclaimed management tools that practice managers need as their roles becomes ever more demanding. The newly developed BTEC Level 4 Diploma in Management course by Glenys Bridges Training and Development covers the Kaizen process, skill scans, Gantt charts, Communication Chains and much more to give practice managers the wide portfolio of skills, knowledge and practical experience they now need.

Successful completion of the course means participants gain a recognised management qualification – something high on the CQC's emerging priorities.

The course starts on Friday May 23 in Birmingham and comprises eight one-day workshops each month until January plus independent learning. There's full tutorial support and successful completion of 15 practice-focused assignments results in the BTEC Level 4 Diploma in Management.

The fully-inclusive course fee is just £1995 and there are interest-free ways to spread the cost.
