Jana Denzel, who has initiated the event commented, "The day’s programme is designed to take attendees on a step-by-step, patient journey, teaching practitioners the skills needed to excel in their career and practice. To ensure delegates get the very most from their day, we’ve also scheduled a Q&A with all our day’s speakers to close out the conference. This offers the opportunity to explore aspects of their lectures further, plus of course, to ask some of the world’s most pre-eminent clinical experts any questions.”
He adds, “This event is a rare opportunity to hear multiple thought leaders from the world of dentistry, all under one roof – something that has never taken place in the UK before!”
Making the leap
All proceeds raised by the conference will go to The Leap Foundation, a summer motivational leadership program for students aged 15-25. It helps them to gain valuable life skills, such as business etiquette, time management and making a first impression – none of which is taught in a traditional classroom. The Leap Foundation, now in its 14th year, has inspired thousands of students, more than 60 per cent of whom come from families living in poverty.
One of only two event sponsors, AssistDent is an artificial intelligence (AI) driven diagnostic tool capable of not only improving the scope of dental diagnoses but also helping dental professionals to build a more profitable practice by demonstrating the need for preventative oral hygiene regimes to patients. Academically credentialed, it can identify the earliest signs of dental disease instantly from x-rays that otherwise might go unseen, especially in a busy practice setting with a high throughput of patients.
As an added benefit of attending delegates will be eligible for 50 per cent off AssistDent for six months.
