New Chair

03 March 2014
Volume 29 · Issue 10

A new leader of the British Dental Association (BDA) is to be elected. The new chair will be elected by, and come from amongst, the organisation’s principal executive committee (PEC).

The election is expected to take place in March, when the PEC is next scheduled to meet. It has been triggered by a vote by PEC members that has removed the previous incumbent, Martin Fallowfield, from the Chair. Fallowfield remains an elected member of the committee.

Until a new chair has been elected, the BDA will be led by the current deputy chair of the PEC, Robert Kinloch. Kinloch is a general dental practitioner in Scotland.

Details of the members of the PEC are available on the governance pages of the Association’s website.
