Healthcare team recognised among best in the UK

As part of the research carried out by Chambers UK, VWV's Healthcare lawyers have been praised for being, "knowledgeable, proactive and responsive to issues raised”.

With 31 lawyers, VWV's Healthcare team provides a range of legal services to GP practices, care homes, healthcare charities, social enterprises, dentists, pharmacies, private consultants, NHS and foundation trusts and vets. The firm has recently completed the successful merger of three GP federations and is involved in numerous GP practice mergers and ‘super partnerships’.

In January 2017, the team merged with Lockharts Solicitors, another leading healthcare specialist supporting healthcare practitioners and organisations throughout England and Wales. The team now includes leading sector specialists Andrew Lockhart-Mirams, Ros Parkin and Paul Werrell – respectively ranked as band 1, 2 and 3.

In addition, partner Ben Willis, who leads the team, and Oliver Pool are also ranked.
