Established in the 1960s, Dr K Shah Dental Practice is a single-surgery mixed-income practice that offers an array of dental services and care to patients. It is located on Sheaveshill Avenue in Edgware.
The practice has been owned by Kamlesh Shah since 1992 and was brought to market to allow him to retire.
Following a confidential sales process with Tony Walker, associate director of dental at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by an experienced associate acquiring their first practice who is “excited to have taken over such a well-established practice.” His intention is “to continue the high standard of care that Kamlesh has delivered over the years while modernising and refurbishing the practice layout to further enhance the patient experience.”
Kamlesh commented, “I’m delighted to have handed over the practice to the new owner and to know that patients will continue to receive the same high standard of care going forward.”
Tony said, “It was a pleasure to represent Kamlesh in the sale of the practice and I wish the new owner all the best with this exciting acquisition. Another successful sale in the South East demonstrates that the independent market and acquisitions by independent operators are as strong as ever.”
Dr K Shah Dental Practice was sold for an undisclosed price.
