Dental diary app

This world first free dental solution allows you to connect directly from your smartphone with your practice management software (PMS) wherever you are. This includes appointment updates in real time, as well as a dedicated team view that lets you plan across your whole practice – meaning you’ll never miss out when you’re away.

Leveraging the phone’s GPS function, the app will also know when you are out of the practice, making sure you are notified when anything in your schedule changes. When you’re working in surgery, the app will automatically mute your notifications.

The Dental Diary app seamlessly connects with all major PMS, including Software of Excellence, R4, iSmile, Pearl and Dentally. It also links with Welltime’s own systems: PatientConnections and AppointMentor. You’ll be automatically informed when a new appointment is booked, or when a patient leaves feedback.
