Ian Craig is an experienced financial services executive who, before retirement in 2021, was a divisional director at the Nationwide Building Society. He previously held executive roles at Barclays and Bank of America.
Andrew McKee brings experience from a 35-year career in commercial insurance. He held a variety of senior underwriting and leadership roles culminating in being chief executive of two Lloyds Managing Agents. During his executive career he sat on the boards of Nuclear Risk Insurers, London Market Group and Lloyds Market Association.
Joanna Bayley has been appointed as vice-chair of the board, taking over from Margaret Mcphail who has stepped down after nine years.
Joanna first joined the board in 2017. She is a GP and chief executive of both the Gloucester GP Consortium and GDoc, the countywide GP provider in Gloucestershire. She is also a clinical associate to the Systems Transformation Group of NHS England. Joanna was previously the Care Quality Commission's medical advisor on urgent and emergency care, and medical director of Gloucestershire Care Services NHS Trust.
