With over 20 years of experience of working within the dental sector, Clare previously worked at Harrison Clark Rickerbys (HCR) Law, where she led the dental team. She has a focus on advising dental professionals as they buy, sell and restructure their practices. Clare also has a comprehensive understanding of the NHS and CQC regulatory frameworks and is recognised by the Legal 500 as a leading partner for corporate and commercial work in the West Midlands.

Clare has joined an established team of health and social care specialists at Acuity Law with a dedicated dental mergers and acquisitions team spread across Cardiff, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham. In 2024, the team advised on the sale or purchase of dental practices with an aggregate deal value upwards of £200m.
Advising corporate providers, partnerships and sole practitioners alike, Acuity’s team is especially known for the breadth of its offering as it has regulatory, employment, immigration, commercial and real estate specialists who advise dental providers on all aspects of their NHS and private businesses. The Acuity team contains experts who are members of National Association of Specialist Dental Accountants and Lawyers (NASDAL) and Association of Specialist Providers to Dentists (ASPD), two professional bodies in the UK for dental specialist advisers.
