The award, supported by Planmeca, has been bestowed upon Mark for his outstanding contribution to Wrights customers throughout the year.
Bea Wilkinson, technical services manager at Wrights, said: “Mark has continued to act above and beyond to ensure his customers are always kept informed about the service work carried out on their equipment. He also ensured his customers achieved a first time fix wherever possible.”
Mark has continued to support his fellow colleagues at Wrights and actively pursues additional training whenever he gets the chance. Most recently, he successfully completed a four days’ training at the Planmeca Global HQ, specialising in digital imaging and dental units.
He was presented with the award by Dave Robinson, technical manager at Planmeca UK, at a recent technical training day in Coventry.
