Brothers Matthew and Nick Jones have created a state-of-the-art private cosmetic dental practice in their hometown.

The pair grew up in Standish, Wigan. After studying dentistry at university, they dreamed of setting up a dental surgery in their village.

After graduating, they completed their post-graduate training in London and went to Europe for further training.

Speaking to Wigan Today, Matthew said, “It is great to be back in Standish. We are looking forward to welcoming new patients, especially those who want a smile makeover or who have complex cases, including implants and complicated extractions. Nick and I have years of experience in some of the UK's most recognised cosmetic dental practices and we want to share that expertise with the community we grew up in.”

The family-run practice has been established within a unit in The Standish Centre. The brothers have installed state-of-the-art digital scanners and cone beam CT machines to ensure they can provide the highest-quality care using the latest techniques.

The brothers have partnered with Jade Athwal, a dentist, and Jenny, an oral surgery specialist to launch the practice.

Matthew commented, “It has been a lot of hard work, but Circ Dental is now open and accepting patients for all sorts of private dental work and cosmetic dentistry. As a family, we have a shared vision of creating a modern practice that can serve the growing Standish community.

“Our main focus is providing excellent general dentistry for adults and children in the local area. Our philosophy is to use the latest techniques and equipment to be able to provide the least invasive treatments as possible to keep your own natural teeth for longer.”
