On Channel 5’s successful TV show Botched Up Bodies, brothers Anthony Zybutz and Michael Zybutz of TDC Implant Centres made their third appearance as the official dentists.

The documentary series follows some of the UK’s top plastic surgeons and dentists as they perform corrective procedures on people who have suffered from cosmetic surgery disasters.

Having appeared on all the Botched Up Bodies series, their most recent patient, Jonathan Anderson (38) from Dorset, suffered from twenty years of poor dental treatment; rampant dental caries, a faulty implant and crowns held in place by superglue. His experiences left him terrified of dentists and he couldn’t face being let down again by medical professionals he thought he could trust.

Over the years, Jonathan’s self-esteem disappeared and he refused to smile, even on his wedding day, as he was so embarrassed by the state of his teeth and feared that his crowns would fall out. Finally, he decided to take action by appearing on Botched Up Bodies to tell his story. Jonathan came to TDC Implant Centres where Anthony Zybutz and Michael Zybutz performed the revolutionary Smile in a Day treatment to replace all of his teeth in just one day.

Anthony Zybutz comments: “Michael and I have really enjoyed working on Botched Up Bodies and being able to help people like Jonathan get the smile he has always wanted. We hope the viewers realise that all cosmetic procedures have risks, which is why it’s so important to do the research and find reputable and qualified surgeons.”
