A master course in soft tissue management

31 July 2024
Asha presentation.

We live in an incredibly exciting age for patient care. New research emerges every day to inform and enhance practice, and technological advances enable new and inspiring approaches to dentistry.

The theory and practice of soft tissue management and grafting is no exception. Selecting the best possible learning experiences with those conducting the research matters and ensures you are developing the right skills effectively. These skills translate into excellent care for patients.

The Academy of Soft and Hard Tissue Augmentation (ASHA) is offering an advanced, two-part course, ‘Soft Tissue Management Around Teeth & Implants’. The course will be presented by Giovani Zucchelli, expert in the field of periodontology, and Selvaraj Balaji, founder of ASHA. Selvaraj is also a group practice owner, who is a passionate advocate and mentor.

A four-day event taking place at the London Marriott Canary Wharf Hotel & Executive Apartments, where delegates have the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience of the latest innovations.

Ambassadors have spoken highly of the course as well as the practical application of the knowledge and skills they have gained.

Andrew Smales, a general dental practitioner (GDP) from Portsmouth, joined the course to gain greater expertise in predictable soft tissue management. He said, “The hands-on component, as well as the academic side of the course, was absolutely excellent. I strongly recommend this course for anybody interested in furthering their knowledge in implantology.”

Senthil Thaigarajan, an experienced implant dentist from Ipswich, added, “The course has been an absolute game-changer for me in improving my skills with soft tissue management. Now I have the skills to offer my patients the best care without having to refer them.”
